This tour, which will run from January to March 2025, will bring thrilling hockey action to new cities across North America, showcasing the talent of some of the world’s best women’s hockey players. Fans in Buffalo, Denver, Detroit, Raleigh, St. Louis, and Seattle in the U.S. will have the chance to watch live action, while Québec City and Vancouver will serve as Canadian stops.
U.S. Cities to Host PWHL Games
The PWHL Takeover Tour will stretch across the United States, with games hosted in several cities including Buffalo, Denver, Detroit, Raleigh, St. Louis, and Seattle. These cities will provide a unique opportunity for fans to see the league’s top teams play in venues traditionally home to NHL teams, expanding the league’s reach to a wider audience.
One standout location is Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, which will return as a neutral-site host after making history in March 2024 when it set a U.S. professional women’s hockey attendance record of 13,736 spectators.

Québec City and Vancouver Serve as Canadian Stops
In Canada, the PWHL Takeover Tour will feature games in Vancouver and Québec City, two cities that have shown great enthusiasm for women’s hockey. The Videotron Centre in Québec City will host an exciting matchup between Ottawa and Montréal on January 19, 2025, marking a key moment for the league as it brings top-tier women’s hockey to more fans across the country.

The PWHL Takeover Tour will run over 84 days, beginning on January 5, 2025, and will be played in some of the most prestigious venues in North America. Fans will have the chance to see all six PWHL teams in action, including the Montréal Victoire, Ottawa Charge, Boston Fleet, Minnesota Frost, New York Sirens, and Toronto Sceptres.
